Riyadh — Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) announced the signing of a comprehensive services agreement with Tasama Business Services Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
The contract was penned on 21 July 2026, mandating Purity Tech to provide Oracle module implementation services alongside Application Management Services (AMS) options.
The agreement carries a duration of three years, according to a bourse filing.
While the total contract value will be determined by subsequent purchase orders issued under the framework, Purity Tech expects the financial impact to materialize starting from the 2026/2027 fiscal year.
The listed company confirmed that all necessary procedures for the agreement were finalized and there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
Purity Tech further stated it will disclose future purchase orders that meet the regulatory threshold for material events as they are issued throughout the term of the project.
Recently, the listed entity unveiled an award cancellation for a contract from the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR).
